Hi! I'm Gabriel, engineer and street lifter.
One day I bought a program from a well-known athlete. It was on Excel. Logging my sets from my phone was a nightmare.
I looked for an app to make it usable. But they all asked me to pay after 3 programs created. For such a simple feature, I thought that was ridiculous.
So I built my own app. Over the months, I added what I was missing: loads that adapt to my maxes, feeling tracking, a way to send my workouts to my brother.
One day I looked at what I had built and thought it could interest other people.

- Is it really free?
For athletes, yes: full app, no limited trial, no hidden premium. Coaches running multiple athletes from their dedicated workspace pay a monthly fee beyond 3 athletes. Details on the coach page.
- How are loads recalculated?
As soon as you beat a PR, Gaman recalculates all your working loads based on your new max. You don't have to do anything.
- How does coaching work?
Your coach creates your program in Gaman. You receive it in the app, train, and every set you log appears in their coach workspace.
- Is the import accurate?
Gaman reads exercises, sets, reps and % of max loads directly from your file or photo. You review and validate before starting the session.
- Is my data private?
Your data belongs to you. It's never sold. You can export it at any time.
- Is there an App Store or Play Store version?
Not yet. Gaman is an installable web app: tap "Add to home screen" from your browser and it appears as a real app on your phone. App Store and Play Store versions will come once the product is validated by its first users. Meanwhile, this lets us ship fixes in minutes instead of waiting 2 weeks for review.
